*INLAND* Apply OWP after submitting PR application

Good day guys,

I'm (Principal Applicant) currently working in Canada with PGWP which is valid until September, 2018.
My Sponsor and I applied inland PR without OWP in end of January. We received AOR end of February.

Now, I'm preparing OWP application, but I'm not sure below few questions. Please help me:

1) Which option do I have to pick? (IMM 5710)
- A work permit with the same employer
- An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer

2) Is that okay to provide simple employment letter for below question? (Check List)
IF YOU ARE A SPOUSE OR COMMON LAW PARTNER OF AN OPEN WORK PERMIT HOLDER
- If you are the spouse or the common law partner of an open work permit holder i.e. post graduate work permit, please provide:
*a letter or a copy of the offer of employment or contract from the primary foreign worker's current employer confirming employment in an occupation under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill type 0, A or B, for federal skilled trades class NOC B;

If there is specific form for the letter, please advise.

Please somebody help me!!!

2. Presumably, your partner is a Canadian citizen/PR, so you aren't the spouse/common-law partner of an Open Work Permit holder.
