yes it is. I read your older posts that you wernt issued an OWP because your days out of status when you applied but how come there are other applicants who were issued OWP but they are out of status? CIC is inconsistent.
 
Any recent news for any September and October 2014 applicants? 2nd AOR, able to login to ecas, processing in ecas, etc?

Actually, January 2014 is doing awful.
CIC was on vacation for January, so they probably lost a lot of those apps.

January 2014: only 27% have AIP
February 2014: 50% have AIP

Now, according to CIC and all the advice we've been given so far, January and February should all have AIP by now, but clearly they don't.

March 2014: 9% have AIP
April 2014: 17% have AIP

I don't know how so much of April has been processed vs March, I expect April will beat out January eventually.

What is really ridiculous is that we'll have waited out 17 or 18 months, and still have nothing just due to plain old fashion CIC laziness.

I'm September and nothing changed, sponsor's ecas in process since may 13, applicant's app received.

COME ON CIC, GIVE US SOME GOOD NEWS PLEASE!

Thanks MaryLou! How long have you been able to log on to ecas? And what ID # have you been using to access it... file # or sponsors UCI?

To log into my ecas (as I'm the Applicant) I use the UCI number and for the Sponsor's ecas we use our file #.
I have been able to log in for about ~3 months and he since second half of May (must have been after the 13th, since it's when they started processing the sponsorship).
 
Hello all, for everyone that have gotten their OWP through the pilot programme, I will like to know the specific forms to be filled and possibly supporting documentation, fees to be paid. Am August 2014 applicant, currently on PGWP. Thanks to everyone. This forum have been so helpful

Thank you!! We are October applicants and are still not able to login to ecas.... hopefully soon! :)

yes, medicals were submitted with the application. I assume they will probably request new ones when the time comes though.
It seems like everyone before October and after October have access to ecas... hopefully we'll be able to login this month....

Question:

We applied as common-law, however we will get married in January 2016 - just a tiny ceremony with my fiancé's grandparents as witnesses, and then in April 2016 we will have a destination wedding (symbolic ceremony) down south.

When should I let CIC know, we are married? Right after the little ceremony (we call it 'pre-wedding' although it's the actual signing papers one, but we want to make it casual so the 'real' ceremony in the Caribbean's feels like a wedding - full family, friends, white dress)?
 
It sure seems like CIC is back in sleep mode again. no one report any good news at all so far this week. Come on people, get to work. we the applicants and our spouses have our lives that we would like to live normal like everybody else.

In my experience CIC usually takes the summer off, so I'm not sure we're going to see much till September.
