Question:

I sent in my hubby's medical results about 3 months after sending in the PR application. (Sent results to CPCM early June). When will CIC acknowledge that they have received the results? On ecas it is not showing anything.

AOR received on Aug 7th 2014

I think just the UCI# and file number, and every other personal data.

So Since I have AOR now when can I sign into the CIC or ecas?? website to check my status?

It took me a few days after AOR before I was able to log in, but yes, you will be able to log in to ecas with your UCI or with the file number.

They sent to my email and attach a pdf.

This confirms that your application for Permanent Residence under Family Class Sponsorship has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/03/17.
You will receive further correspondence once your application is under review by an agent.
Passports for yourself and your family members must be valid for the duration of your stay in Canada.

Hi All,

Who is supposed to receive this AOR for Inland Spousal Sponsorship? Is it the SPONSOR or the APPLICANT?

I was thinking it should be the SPONSOR, but my wife who is the APPLICANT got it instead. Does that mean something is wrong?

If I am not mistaken, the same thing happened last month and then things went into idle mode for some time. Look like AORs are issued in batch a couple times a month. I do hope though that they have realized the problems after so many complaints sent to CIC and trying to fix it now to bring processing time down.

Can anyone tell me exactly what the Email address is that the AOR comes from so that I can add it to my safe list to hopefully catch it before it goes to junk mail? Also, what is the subject of these AOR Emails?
