I called CIC, I was told that there is no problem with my application and it is under process. She added when a file is found incomplete, they send it back immediately.But she doesn't know the reason why I didn't get an AOR.

It happened before with the 2013 applicants, that someone never got AOR, but got AIP in time like others. If you was told that everything is okay, than it is okay, you wouldn't see your application in e-cas if it was sent back to you.

This is a link of CIC website where you can find the Mississauga offices, they are different according to the type of application you want to apply for.

I have one question very important.. i added my wife's document one was her citizenship card which is expired in february . Right now it ia not valid. We sent her birth certificate, health card and her citizenship card as a proof. Is that expired card will be problem or any chances to get application package back? If anyone know plz rply me asap. Thanks

If your package will be returned after your husband's OWP expired, that means that your husband won't have an implied status, so he won't be able to work, you will have to wait until you apply again and get AIP.
But CIC doesn't send back so many applications, and they usually do it when a form is missing or outdated. So if you have double-checked that you have sent every form from the checklist, and every of them is the last what was available at the time you have sent your app, than you will be fine.

Yes sophiee everything is there however i have problems with option c because i didnt wait for it to come tru mail because we want to send the package last week i just print it from my account in cra. If that is not what they want they would return it right. I am so exhausted.

We didn't include Option C either, we included some other documents, tax-return forms prepared by the accountant, T4, payroll slips, and wrote an explanation letter that we will send Option C as soon as we can. Now we got AOR, and heard nothing about they need the Option C, so maybe they are fine with what they get. So I wouldn't worry about this in your case, they can also ask you to send it, they won't necessarily send it back because one thing is missing.

good day again guys. my wife is sponsoring me under the category spousal application. she have all her proof of employment but she is missing her most recent t4. will it be a problem if we send the application off without it? thanks much guys.
