Anyone in same situation ?
When they started processing your case it will goes really fast, SA AIP and DM will probably done in one day, only the interview appointment will take abit of time.Olasam said:I'm April 10 2014 still waiting for SA, AIP and DM
Maggie03 said:So I just called them they said it will take up to 4 months to get reply after receiving csq which we received on Jun so technically they said we should hear some news on October
akikan said:i got my csq request in end of april, and received at the end of the May, send it to CIC right away, ecase showed started processing my case on july 7, and got DM on july 8th. so probably it wont take 4months, they should review your case soon.

ll0040 said:Hello there,
Would you mind to help me with these questions?: Once I get the AIP and DM, what is exactly landing for people already living in Canada?
After, "landing" how long does it take to get the actual PR card (I didn't send police clearance from my home country since they are supposed to tell me instructions since they need to be sent from my country to CIC) ? Once I get the AIP/DM is that enough to proof that im a permanent resident?
So, I'm on a PGWP and I applied for sponsorship on July 2014 (married to a canadian). I would appreciate if you can help me to understand this because I want to study a certification that requires proof of permanent resident status and also I need a bank loan which I cannot get until PR. I'm hoping i don't have to wait until I get my PR card
Thank you for your time
