ya i think that's the first half of AIP....they will send the applicant an email similar to that..and THAT is full AIP.

At least its a step in the right direction LOL

i thought the same originally. but we got that exact same notification yesterday only and dm today only. probably varies by officer.

Not yet,but we are no longer worried or impatient like we were before. My wife got the SIN, applied for MSP and also got hired & started working last week. 2015 is already looking much better than 2014...

What's with Montreal I didnt even got a pre landing form... this thing is making me crazy. I thought when i got my DM the interview follows within a week but until now i hear nothing knock knock montreal cic!!

Hubby just called CIC ( he is the principle applicant). The agent has informed us that we have SA, AIP, and DM!!! A letter was sent out today indicating that we will be contacted for an interview and to have some documents signed! Yaaayyy!

CONGRATS! Do you usually get contacted by email or snail mail?

Thank you! We usually get contacted via email, which is then followed by snail mail about week afterwards. But this time regarding this information, we didn't get any emails nor was it updated on the ecas. Looks like it will be by snail mail only. They're not very good about updating online. I changed my mailing address with them a year ago but online it's still the old address. But I have confirmed with them multiple times on the phone that they have my current address.

So great to see so much good news! Congrats to everyone and I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for those still waiting.

We received our landing info today from Montreal. Our landing date is March 12th, I can't believe that in a couple of weeks it will be done! No pre-landing form, I'm guessing they had everything they needed from us already.

Hope everyone else hears news soon!

There will be much celebration for us come March 12th.
