I applied online. Its in 40 days.
Keep calling them to check your application status because last time I did not check and I found out that online application was lost....
So this time I kept asking after every 10 days

Good luck, It will come soon.

Ok,I applied by mail which is taking 83 days to process,I know they have mine because when I call the automated line it acknowledges that they received my app on the 16!Well,I should get it by the end of the month I hope,I still have my job waiting for me

Hey guys, I received my DM yesterday vis E-mail. My E-cas still doesn't show DM though.. is that normal? I wonder how long CIC Fredericton will take to contact me for landing interview.. I hope it doesn't take forever.. I am very much looking forward to traveling

hi i just got my letter and it says

"We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Canada Immigration Centre in Vancouver will contact you concerning your permanent resident status.

Please note: At the time of your appointment, you and your family members, if any, will be required to present the original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration Centre. A final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be made at the time. If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the confirmation of permanent resident document is your name as it appears on your passport or identity documents."

Completely normal. Website doesn't get updated until wed or thurs. (Usually thursday). It will become Decision Made then on your status.

Glad you are happy. Unfortuately the calgary office seem to have a 3 month wait from DM to landing. At least you will get a letter soon. Some haven't gotten any letters yet outside Alberta.

Does anyone know how to check ECAS and confirm they have the correct email address ? I'm so frightened they have the wrong one and if they email us DM it will go to the wrong address lol. :-[
