Inland application.. Proof of relationship.

We sent our application 2 days ago and they will receive it either on Monday or Tuesday.

Now we are a little bit nervous because we are not sure if we sent enough proof of our relationship.
We are applying inland since my husband has been out of status for more than 4 years and we have a 4 years old child together
who just started school this week. I'm also unemployed since I had to go on sick leave in May due to a surgery I had
and other health issues. How ever I Have worked my whole life since I was 16 and the only period where I did not work was the last 2 months of my pregnancy, the first 8 months of our child's life and now since May. I never been on any kind of welfare nor bankrupted either. I sent in my T4, T4E, the option C, my notice of assessment for 2015, and also a note explaining how I calculated how much I made since Sept 2015 to Sept 2016.

We also sent pages of our post on Facebook showing likes and replies from our friends and family, 3 or 4 pages for each year since 2011 to 2016, a page showing our mutual friends on Facebook which is 52, we sent about 10 greeting cards to each other, greeting cards from friends and family to us, some of the greeting cards we got for our wedding, we sent over 80 photos of our wedding showing basically the whole thing from the start to the end, and plenty of more pics of all our outings, trips, honeymoon, family gatherings, Christmas , birthdays, and some random. We also sent one of the hotel receipt of our honeymoon but since we stayed in 2 different places we could not find the other receipt from the other hotel we stayed, we also sent one of the bus ticket when my husband visited me for the first time in 2011, but we could not find the other one. We also sent letters from my best friend, my brother, my mother, my cousin and one of myself.

The thing that has me more worried about is the fact that we only sent some of our Facebook conversations since 2011 to 2016 and most are cut and don't show the whole topic or the whole conversation, and since we never saved our MSN conversations we could not send that either. So, 1-do you guys thinks that the fact that I'm not working at the moment and those cut Facebook conversations will be reason for CIC to refuse our application ? 2-And the second question is, did we send enough proof or should we have sent more? 3-will the fact that we could not find those missing receipts and tickets and we did not save our MSN conversation affect our application in a negative way?

Normally, a sponsor who isnt working would still be able to sponsor, however they also have to prove that they can still support each other without going on social assistance. You should indicate how you guys plan to support each other financially after he gets PR, since your parents are not helping you and you cant state your parents would be supporting u guys.

The cut FB chats shouldnt be a big deal as CIC never reads entire lengthy chats, and routinely discards excess chat logs anyway.

I wouldnt worry abt the missing receipts if you have pics showing you guys really were at the hotel.

The only neg thing I see is that he is out of status for a very long time, so you will have to do your best to explain that he isnt overstaying cuz he wants to leave Mexico but because u got sick n pregnant and want him stay, etc. You still have lots of positive factors like a kid together and u are together still

Well put. It seems like enough, but they may ask about him overstaying.

Ultimately, the decision lies with a couple CIC officers. We can only guees what may be enough to prove your case.

One way to think about it is, "did we send all we could to prove we are genuinely in love?" If you answered yes, then the rest is just implementation.
