Inland applicant with visit visa wants to travel

Hi everyone,
Hope you all are doing good.

I am really stuck with this delayed process of application and want a way out to travel from Canada. I am an inland applicant , I had applied in December 2019 , just a month ago I got a request for biometric but I didn't get appointment for my biometric. I have a visit visa and temporary work permit so I have been living in Canada with my husband. Now I want to travel to UAE from Canada in December, 2020. I have 2 questions regarding my travel :
1) can I get my biometric done in UAE or at the Toronto Pearson airport ?
2) due to Covid, visitors are not allowed to come in Canada , but since I live here with my husband I would want to come back in January , but I have not received my PR so what's the procedure? Is there any form I can get filled by my husband that my residence is in Canada ? So that they let me in with visit visa/work permit.

I would really appreciate your help and response.

As an inland PR applicant you should only be leaving Canada for 2-3 weeks maximum.

There is never any guarantee that you'll be able to return but more importantly your spousal sponsorship could be denied for not remaining in Canada.

And always remember you’re “ visiting “
Until advised otherwise . Why take a risk that you could be stuck overseas ? If you’re application for spousal is important, stay, if not , travel , and have a great trip .
