Hi guys, so i got my AoR Nov 1st and didn't really expect to get much updates for at least 3-4 months since the official processing time is 6 months atm, so i went abroad for a short trip from Dec 14th to Jan 1st (i left before the travel advisory came out). But suddenly my application started picking up pace after my medical passed on Nov 30th. I just got my 3rd GU today and i was wondering what might happen if I receive my CoPR while abroad? I still have a valid visa and work permit that lasts upto Nov 2022 and this was supposed to let me back into the country on January 2nd but I heard that visas get cancelled after you receive your CoPR. So if by any chance i'm to receive CoPR in the next 7-9 days would i still be allowed to enter Canada without an official PR card or a PRTD? My worry is that what might happen if i get CoPR while on the plane back to Canada lol.
My timeline:
AoR - Nov 1st 2021
Med passed - Nov 30th & Biometrics exempt
GU 1 - 8th Dec
GU 2 - 20th Dec (background check changed to in process)
GU 3 - 22nd Dec (background check still in progress and couldn't really see any visible changes)
