Inland and outland

Dear All,

I am a Prement residern since 1997, I got my maple card until March 2014, I just came back to canada for settle down,
I have two daughter and wife in my home country, since my elder one is 11 years already, most of my friend ask me to bring her here ASAP, because of the education issue.

May I know , If I ask my elder one come in Canada with vistor visa and apply the inland .
and I will apply my wife and younger one from outland, is it possible??

Based on your previous posts, it does not sound like you meet the PR residency requirement at this time (to meet the residency requirement, you must have physically lived in Canada for 2 out of the last 5 years). If you do not meet the residency requirement, then you should hold off sponsoring your family until you do meet this requirement. If you try to sponsor your family before you meet the residency requirement, there is a good chance that CIC will look into your residency and begin the process of revoking your PR due to your failure to meet the conditions of retaining PR.
