Hello guys,

6 months and I'm done. :D

Here is my timeline - Inland:

Application received on March 16, 2009.
Started processing on March 31, 2009.
Decision Made on August 31, 2009
Became a PR on September 10, 2009

Here is all the info that We sent:

- Firstly I sent 15 photos.. then after reading all people sending tons of photos I freaked out and added more 15. Most of them were in trips together and with relatives in celebrations.. ex. birthdays, christmas..( no kissing,no hugging,no bedding ...)
- I just had a civil wedding, no wedding dress - I just sent 4 photos of the ceremony.
- I sent the most important emails, no more than 5
- Copy of Ticket flights and the stamp on the passport proving when I entered on his country.
- Friends and family letters signed.. not telling too much.. just that they knew that
our relationship is genuine and continuous.
- I sent an index of MSN conversations..just with date and time started.
- I sent a letter directly to the IO, a very sincere.. explaining how I met my husband.
- I've been crystal clear about my past, explained every step that I made over 10 years about working, studying..provided all diplomas and certificates of my career.
- Copy of joint lease - no joint account, no insurance policies.. nothing.

What We did:
- Asked for FOSS notes before decision, just to know if they were getting us right.
- Called regularly CIC, just to know if they have any update.
- Sent extra information without they asking for a month before they processing the file, because it takes 2 weeks to the file be attached to the existing file. So be careful, If you want to send something extra, count the days if they're going to get
those on time.
- Didn't accepted any kind of working under table.
- Never committed a crime.
- I withdrew a FSW because it was taking too long to be processed.I didn't say anything. Before I withdraw
my file, I've contacted the Local Office on my country, they told me both are completely different processes,
they shouldn't interfere each other. I got Foss notes, it says " FSW filled, dual intent but seems genuine".
My NOC is still eligible but under no circumstances I'd be 14 hours by plane away from my love, until they decide my file.

Things that you have to consider:

- Call CIC twice to know about anything on your file, some agents don't know what they
are talking about
- Cic timeline on the website is not accurate. They post the timeline 2,3 weeks
in delay.

That's all. Thanks everybody.
I wish the same happiness for all of you.
