Initial Budget of 2016

Hi Folks,

I believe, today John Mc Callum would be releasing the first budget of this year.
Some are proposed for Express Entry too, but mostly concerning to Canadian Students to ease their way to a Canadian PR.
Let's share our thoughts here.

P.S. I'm waiting at 430, hoping for a miracle (Ontario PT also seems to be the same to me now).

Hi there,

one of the problems faced by inland CEC applicants is the educational credential evaluation for securing points which was not even heard in previous paper based CEC application.
I hope as immigration minister mentioned last week, international grads should be the primary focus as potential permenant residents, some positive outcomes can be expected in the budget. so far the budget says they are planning to bring 300k permenant residants in 2016, that being siad to acheive that goal it will be mandatory to consider international graduates who are presently in canada as potential candidates
