Initial Application's experience document

I needed a clarification regarding the initial application to NS. Do I have to submit a proper experience letter or a letter from myself detailing my job resposibilitites suffice.

No you do not need to submit any letter at fist stage i-e while sending your application to CIC NS. You will mention your job resposibilitites in imm0008 i-e schedule3 form and can attached a seprate sheet with it as your JD in which you can mention you detail job resposibilitites.
