Hi, I want to know that if I come to Canada by being accepted to co-op college, will get work permit? another question is as I know If I come to canada to study at public college for example for 18 months, I will have to study 9 months and I will have 9 months to work. Will I be able to extend this work time after 9 months? If yes, how can I do it?

The school and course must qualify for PGWP

Co-op work permit is only for co-op related work, it is not a regular work permit and cant be extended after completing co-op, you will need to apply for pgwp.
