Hi guys , I am applying for my open work permit in Canada and I was anabo to sumbit my application but one problem happened.
In the medical exam section , it was requird to upload proof that I did medical exam such as information sheet.
I have lost or given my first page of information sheet somewhere and now I cant find it. I talk to my doctor about my information sheet but he cant print another copy since he already sumbit everything in his system.
I dont know what to do?
Is there any alternative information to sumbit medical exam ?
Can I sumbit my recipte and medical exam details case?
Please help any opinion much appreciated!!!!!
