I want to apply asylum in canada with my family. We have life threat in our homeland. Recently i got TRV and soon we will be leaving for canada. I wanna know which documents are required to prove ourselves!. when we will get work permit and study permit?
As i have heard that the asylum process takes several years so if my chlidrens got admission at university and start their education and unfortunately we got rejected after several years lets say 2years ,so will they get any certificate or degree from university that they had studied there.
