Im Canadian citizen. I would like sponsor my wife Outland application. I want to apply online. We got baby boy in March. Already I applied for his proof of citizenship certificate. Now my question is that when I am going to fill up form 5669. That time do I need fill up another 5669 form for my baby. Or if I put only his name in form 5406. Is it fine? Please advise me.
