information regarding the submission of official Transcript in University of Calgary

Hello to all. The University of Calgary asked me to send the official Transcript from University in a Sealed Envelope before the acceptance of admission letter. I want to know What does the official transcript mean? Does it mean that i send an original transcript to university or send photocopy with attested from university in a sealed envelope? Please help me. Thank you

An official transcript could mean either one. Usually, universities ask for the original transcript when they admit you to a program. It will be better to send an email to them asking for clarifications.
