Hi there,

I am in the process of sponsoring my husband. I applied in april 2015 and there was an additional document that was needed hence got the approval in July with the letter indicating that the file is transferred to the London Office.
In October 2015 we received a letter to provide a police certificate from Dubai as well because that is where my husband is residing and working along with the passport photocopy.
In November we got another letter asking for marriage certificate from Nadra and also they wanted additional documents to prove the relationship which we sent in December 2015.

Do you know what could be the next step and how long it can take? I am a bit worried and need your help in this regard.

It's going to be very difficult to guess how long your application is going to take since it sounds like you didn't provide all of the required police certificates up front and since additional documents have been requested from you. This means your application is no longer following standard processing times. It's possible CIC may request an interview after reviewing the additional information - or it's possible what you sent is sufficient. Again, really very difficult to say how much longer you'll be waiting or what next step to expect.
