You will not be denied as a sponsor of spouse or kids because you don't have enough income but you can not be on social assistance either.

As Leon has stated...
1- i am not employed how this will affect my case
No
2- as i am not unemployed do i need to have good funds
No income isn't a requirement
3- do i need to fill the financial evaluation form
No you would only fill this if your dependants had dependants of their own
4- while getting the forms from cic website i found region specific forms in those i found document checklist showing that all documents submittes by pakistani nationals should be original and also my husband has to submitt educational documents of him and me as well also the original birth certificates of both of us and id card photo copy of him wd certified english translation
His ID card translated; Original Birth Certificates for both of you translated if not in English or French; Original Marriage Certificate or your Nikah Nama with Certified English Translation; Divorce Certificates if you are divorced; Educational Certificates for both of you; Passport copies
5 - do i need to submit passport of both of ud as well
The passport needs to be copied.. and I would include copies of your passport if you have travelled to visit your spouse as evidence I also know that Islamabad is a stict office and are very particular about things so be sure to include all that they ask for and supply lots of evidence pictures receipts chats emails phone records etc Hope that helps .. Good luck!

thank alot for ur early replu guys
one thing more the educational documents should be original or just copies of them
if copies then it should be certified copies ???
and the total fees that i have to pay is it 1040 canadian dollars
ur response is really appreciated

Doesn't say whether to include originals for the education so copies should be fine.. you really should read the checklist.. :) secondly the total fee including the landing fee is 1040 with no dependants

They specifically say in the Document Checklist "Nationals of Pakistan should send originals of all documents. Nationals of all other countries must send originals of the immigration forms and the police certificates, and send photocopies of all other documents". So I would take that to mean that yes, you do need to send your original educational documents.

Well I disagree.. and I still think it would be wise to check with someone who has been through this procedure through pakistan.. islamabad has a big thread in immigration.ca But they clearly state when something should be original and something photocopied as a pakistani national .. So it says original.. and photocopy for education says neither.. I personally wouldnt want my education certificate originals going to them... but better to find out for sure than rely on mixed advice here
Best of luck duamajeed inshallah will all work out for you!

I just spoke with someone through Islamabad and they said photocopies of education material.. not originals for both spouses

There are many couples going through Islamabad right now in another forum and they have said that original's are not needed for the Canadian but originals for the Pakistani National :) confusing huh I was like this for some things in our region. thank God we had friends in this forum and in another to clarify ! :) lol

I can understand why you wouldn't want to send your education certificates, but that does seem to be what they are asking for. Islamabad is a tough office. i would make sure to do things right so hopefully the advice that you got is from people that have already gotten their PR status.
