Information and need to know about (CHC-ISB)?

Assalam walikum
First of all "Happy Ramdan" to all friends.I heard from my Sister in law she got information about "AoR".When you recieved "AoR" letter from CHC-ISB,what time they show it will be count.for example Your time shows in letter it will take 9 or 12 months.The date you got letter from there your time start not when CHC-M sent your file to CHC-ISB.Thts i want to clear to others who do not know about it.I want to know when they sent you "AOR" after how many months they contact with you again.If some one got information please let me know.

you count the 9 or 12 months timeline from the date it says on AOR "we(CHC- ISL) started processing your case on ...."
It different for every case. If they need more documents (police report, more pictures, etc) they might contact you after 6, 7 months on average.
