as i have 3-4 refusals so i want to apply for caips notes..I just want to know that there is one application fee for all or individually for 4 application each .. ???

You have to apply individually since each application is different and will have its own set of notes.

I don't know which website you are using. Anyone residing in Canada can apply directly on IRCC website for $5. Those who are outside Canada need to apply through someone who is in Canada. That's where third part sites come in. There are several third party websites. If you search this forum, you can find few.
