Info needed for Canadian Visitor Visa Applications, pls help me

Hello,

I m filling up Canadian visitor visa form. In application IMM 5257, they asked Employment History. I can tell, no prob. but I m confused in
"should I start writing from my current job.. 1985 to 2016?"
Or "the very first job? in 1960 to 1970?"

there is only 3 jobs space, its shows like

"Employment History"

2.
3.
now from where shud i start? present to past or past to present?

start with the present job as your first, then the previous, etc

Also.. In the same form.. IMM 5257
Ques 4, under Details of visit to canada
Is: name address and relationship of any person i will visit:

Now my ques is: there is only 2 space, u can write only 2 ppls name address etc... I want to write 2 more members info..
Do i have to write members info in extra same form paper then print it and again scan to merge with the original form?
Or just write with ques reference in simple plain paper?

I need ti write 2 more family members info. Pls let me know wht shd i do?

They ask for two..that's it. Never do more than is asked. Do not volunteer information that is not needed or wanted. Simple..

"Use of FAMILY MEMBER REPRESENTATIV for Online Applications" IMM 5713

In this Application, my father is Applicant.. And my mother is family member.. So they need her sign with name, DOB and relationship

Do i hv to leave the signature space blank thn print, sign then scan it?
Or
Write name in signature box?

This requirment is under
"Information on the family member"

*Note: in Section A', "
i already wrote her name, Dob and relationship to the representative"..

This is Section B', GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE FAMILY MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE

They asked for
Signature and Date

Pls let me know

yes print it, sign it Both applicant and the rep. and scan it
