Hello,

I am a student at Humber College. I have my B1/B2 visa. I made my first visit to USA on February 15, 2014 to meet my girlfriend. It was a 5 day stay.

My next visits will be on March 13 and 19. Both would be a 4 day stay. The first to visit my uncle. The 2nd to visit my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday.

I have all my transcripts etc with a 4 GPA.

Will there be any problem in visiting?

you have valid visa then they are not worried when your going and coming back.

by the way why do you want to come back for 2 days and go again.

go one shot, finish all your commitments and return. its cheaper on your wallet too :)

I know some one who got a ban of 1 or 2 years for entering USA randomly like this..

trust me, He had a valid visa and entered and stayed as per the rules..

the thing is ur entering a foreign country, that too lets say the most powerful country on the earth..even if they allow u now, the immigration officers even after 10 years look up ur records and can question u..

if u have to go as per how you plan to go now..atleast try to keep a cooling period of few months before ur next visit..
