Info about birth certificate.

Hello everyone,

I Received my daughters birth certificate with parentage, now my concern is that it has my name with my maiden name on it where as my PP and Driving license has my name with my husband last name on it.

I am concerned if that's the way they send the birth certificates or it that a mistake they made by writing my name with my maiden name on the birth certificate.

please help by answering this question

no worry my son was born in Calgary and his parent information is mother maiden name not the husband name, even though i have every where copr, license and other docs my husband name as my last name. But here in Canada they take maiden name of wife on all legal docs and there would be no problem. We got our son passport without any problem.

her birth certificate has my maiden name on it so is that normal ?

Yeah according to law bc it never changed but familiar status could be changed!
