Ineligible EE profile

i have tried two times but my profile shows me ineligible.

Ielts R-6, S-7.5, L-7.5, W-6.5
eca-masters
funds above 14k
age-25

Why it shows ineligible.. what can i do to improve it?

well, I think there is something wrong with this website recently. I have created 8 profiles since yesterday and all of them are ineligible, I am eligible though! Please wait for a couple of days. They will fix it hopefully!

this ineligibility is from the "come to canada" online tool or from the EE profile in my CIC?

Provide more information i.e. which program you are applying is it FSW? Which NOC, Job experience what NOC it is and did you work continuously for at least one year. Also make sure you are not choosing Quebec - Which province or territory do you plan to live in?

This eligibility shows in come to Canada tool.

I have 2 years of experience in NOC 0621 and i am doing job canada in same NOC. I haven't created my profile on EE as if i am not eligible under FSW then whats the use to create profile. I need to score 67 points but i dnt know where i have shortage but i have seen that i am short of 1 point because of belts result but some other sites show i am good candidate and no need to re appear for IELTS

That is also weird. I have 77/100, 1.5-year NOC2133. so I put 1 year experience in the past 10 years in the "come to canada tool"...end up with not eligible....If i put 2 years there, then I am eligible...

you can calculate your points according to the grid, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
if you are over 67, then it should be fine.

Yeah i have figured may be my ielts score is the problem. I am on 66 right now just one point left
