I applied for PR in CEC category, when I completed the no. of hours requested but it was only 10 months. And got a letter that I'm ineligible for the application. Now after an year of experience, I want to reapply for the same category, instead of "update form" it is showing me only "view form". Can any one help me in updating my application?

I think once the profile is marked as ineligible, you cannot edit it. You will have to create a new profile.
