I have acquired Canadian citizenship (OCI holder) and recently married to Indian citizen, who is working on her PGWP on a contract position with no LMIA (as it is an open work permit). I have a couple of questions and I would like your opinion.
(1) Do I have to sponsor her or she can go apply by her own through express entry as it will be faster. I guess we can go either route.
(2) In express entry she qualifies for CEC. Does she need to include me in her application ? as I dont need immigration, I am already citizen of Canada.
(3) Since she is having full time contract position not a permanent position, can she say YES on job offer option ?
(4) We have not received job seeker validation code in pdf file generated ?? is it wiered or people already on jobs are not getting it as they do not need to seek for job.
