Indian Police clearance and Saudi arabia police clearance procedure

It will be great help if some one guide me to get Indian and Saudi arabia police clearance from Jeddah . I am living in Makkah from past 5 years .

You need to apply for the Indian PCC at the Indian Embassy in Riyadh or you can check with "Consulate General of India" in Saudi Arabia.

For Saudi Arabia PCC, below is the information given on CIC website:

Do I need to provide a Police Certificate with my Application for Permanent Residence? No. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you send your Application for Permanent Residence. You must bring that letter when you apply for a Police Certificate.



Do I need to provide a Police Certificate for Express Entry?

Yes, but only after you submit your application. When you apply for permanent residence, you will be asked to upload a police certificate. Instead, you must upload a document that states: “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from CIC to get a police certificate.”

CIC will then review your application. If it is otherwise complete, we will send you more information on how to get a police certificate. Please read the instructions above for more information.

Note: CIC will not accept police certificates sent by mail for Express Entry applications.

But I have a doubt which I am hoping to get clarity on..

My spouse works in KSA.

But she travels to India everymonth as well.

So which would be the ideal location to get an Indian PCC.

Shall I do it from India or shall i do it from Indian Embassy in KSA.

Please let me know if you can help.

Ideally, if she is based in KSA, then she can get it done from Indian Embassy in KSA. Else, if she applies for e-APR being based in India, then she can obtain it from Passport Seva Kendra (PSK). All the best.
