In Indian PCC request application, there is a space [ ] below photograph. Do I need to sign there? Or is it for official purpose?

I didn’t sign because on the forum it says “unsigned photograph” but I signed at the end only

Tracking application: Records not found

Anyone? how long it will take to show records?
I am tracking Postal Application - under passport section, is it correct?

Did you get your PCC yet? BLS received my docs on June 17, 2020 and still it says 'no record found'. @hardeep bal
