Indian PCC- New york Indian Embassy open on 24th Nov (Black Friday)

Hi All,

This is probably a silly question. I need to get Indian PCC for both me and my wife and we are going to be there in New york for Thanksgiving week. But wanted to check if New york Indian Embassy will be open on 24th Nov (Black Friday).
As per their website, they are only closed on 23rd November (Thursday) and then closed on 25th (Saturday) and 26th (Sunday) November for weekend. So I am not sure if they would close of for 24th un-officially as well because of the long weekend, even though it doesn't say anywhere that its a holiday for them.

They have holidays on bank holidays .. so the additional days may be for non bank holidays on the website... you don’t have to necessarily go there to get your PCC.. you can mail them your passport, form and fees money order
