Hope everyone is keeping safe.. If anyone can clarify a doubt that I have regarding Indian Passport surrender process- I am gathering documentation, what does "Original and copy of Landing paper" in the checklist mean ?

1. If you "landed" after 2002, it is the COPR IMM 5292

May I please ask how much time do you get to receive all documents from Canadian authorities. Like certificate, passport? Specially in COVID times when all ceremonies are delayed and certificate comes in mail. How much time is allowed by Indian government before you can surrender
