I am in the process of submitting my Express Entry profile and had a question regarding the Indian Marriage Certificate.
My marriage certificate has a stamp at the bottom which says "if the document is needed in foreign countries authentication of the documents by Ministry of External affairs is necessary"
Now the CIC website says that if married outside Canada the document a copy of a legal certificate issued by the country, the territory or the region where the marriage took place must be provided.
I searched the forum for the same question and did find one thread but did not find any concrete answers.
Can anyone who has had this experience or know the details surrounding the same help me on this?
