Plz suggest me what should i do nw?

i am going to apply for visa on tuesday .....i have got loan of 19 lacs against property.i am showing property evaluation of 1 crore {i also have a caluation eport of agriculure land worth 74 lacs but i am not ataching as its ownership papers are in punjabi language}and parents itr of 6.57 lacs.paid one sem fees by myself...on my loan letter it is mentioned that "disbursement will be made after getting the visa"
i am aplying for masters in info system security mngmnt
my profile:-
btech in IT 76 %(1 backlog)
Diploma in comp engg 66%
ielts 6 (5.5 in reading) acceptable by university
i have made a sop tating about my education,pojects that i have made,jobs oppertunities in india fo information security professionals,attaching one year experience certifiate of network engineer
please let me know bout my chances....and advice me about wt extra documents i can attach

Tier 4- Student Visa Stream - Level 7 , Masters degree students will get 1 year job search visa after completing their 1 YEAR Masters because in UK Taught based Masters is of one year. applicant have to find the Employer / Job ,, after securing the job applicant have to show that his salary min. 24000-28000 GBP according to UK min. wages standard set for international students. if ur salary is above this threshold figure and u secured job in your field of study then u can apply for your Tier- 2 (General) stream so called work permit .. you job for next 5 years,, pay proper tax and having NI Number and after this 5 year period you will apply for ILR (indefinite Leave to Remain) so called UK PR. then after 3-5 Year later you will be eligible for UK Citizenship.
if you get married in UK then under Family sponsorship class you can apply ILR after 2 Years.. u have to prove your marriage relation genuine and not a marriage of convenience.
now HSMP (Highly skilled Migration Program) and other same programs are close ...

check the below post ....
let me know for which degree you want to go... Bachelors/ Masters/ Diploma Programs ? then i can clear u something..
possible only for Masters students... if u done Bachelors then u can go for Masters only... no diploma like things will exist more..
diploma will be give benefits only +2 pass out students... they can go for Undergraduate Degree or D2D (Diploma to Degree) linked programs..

everything is ok with ur profile and i think you did not make your Financial documentation properly.
now u can apply under GENERAL APPLICATION.
now do this:
1. well prepared SOP.
2. strong Financial proofs.
3. valuation of property from approved architect
4. Financial report by CA (Charted accountant)
5. extra liquid in in Account and get their proofs ..
6. GIC done
7. Fee Receipt done
8. Loan done but cross check loan letter mentioned the course name and college name bcz if u r thinking to change course or college u need a new loan letter.. if this info is not mentioned on loan letter then same loan will work out this time.
8. ur parents ITR (3 yr old) + PAN copy of ur parents + salary statement
9. other income proofs
10. property proofs- House, Flat, shop , Agriculture land etc (registry copy + valuation report)
11. Affidavit of Sponsorship from ur parents side signed by both and attested by Notary. (Non Judicial paper)
12. Agriculture Income Proofs (J Form) or what Agriculture documents have u attached last time.
let me know ur previous course, level of course, and ur previous education, IELTS Score, experience (if any)

i forgot to show property valuation of 27 lakhs and pan card copy.

Hi. I got accepted in memorial university and preparing my file to submit visa application . My father is sponsoring me who is working in U.A.E for last 20 years.. Should I submit his bank statement of U.A.E bank or should I transfer this amount to my country first? thanks Smiley

Sir i have completed my 12th 2010 and started to work bcoz of financial problems and now i wanna go abroad and study i have enough money to support me and fees all no problem i have work experience for these years will i face visa problems ? i m applying for sheridan college
my 10 th 54% (cbse)
my 12thth 65.2% (cbse)
IELTS 7.0 with no brand less than 6.5 pls help me guys
