Can we book flight via UK, Europe after ban will be airlifted by canada. for Ex. DEL-LHR-YYZ or DEL-FRA-YYZ. Is there any issue currently?

You can book flights for the period after the ban is lifted. Of course it's possible the ban may be extended or that new transit rules may come into place. That's the only risk.
