My wife went to medial school in India for 5 years, But she is from Sri lanka.. Does anyone have any idea what is best way to get India police Clearance for her.

vignes... you should be able to get the PCC from Indian consulate in Sri lanka. Check what all documents they might ask you for that. They normally keep the passport with them until they issue you the PCC. All the best !
