Hi guys,

My CRS is currently 446 which is very far from the last draw. I have completed a year work in NOC B and currently in the pool. My current employer doesn't process LMIA for employees. Thinking of changing my job so that I can ask the new employer for LMIA to boost my CRS score.

What are the requirements of LMIA?

Is there any possibility that the score can go below 450 any time soon?

Please advise.

Thank you

Highly unlikely the score will drop below 450.

LMIA requirements here:

Thanks.

Is it okay to use a new job to get LMIA in order to increase my crs score and how can I identify employers that get LMIA for their employees.

Thanks

Yes - that's fine.

There is no way to identify employers who get LMIAs. Generally speaking, it's very difficult to find employers who are willing to go through this process.
