increase stay

hello

I am on visitor visa and already staying in Canada from last 5 months and want to stay for more 6 months. now i want to increase my stay so is that possible if i stay in states for 2 days and come back and increase my stay? i have valid Canadian visa.

When you come back like that, they know you are doing this for getting another six months. Applying for ext is preferable
