My passport number starts with F0******* . While registering for IELTS exam i mentioned my passport number as FO (character instead of zero).
That reflected in my score card. When contacted IDP they replied to my email that they cant do anything about this.
I am help less. This mistake can cause me loss of huge amount and emotional set back as i am in the mid of my immigration process.
Below if the reply which i got from IDP:
''
This is to inform you that once the result is declared and test report form is issued to the candidate, we do not make any changes on the test report form. It was clearly mentioned on the ‘Data Verification Record’ sheet which was provided to you on the test date that ‘you won’t be reissued another test report form if you do not check the details carefully’.
Since you did not provide the correct passport number on the ‘Data Verification Record’ sheet, we won’t be able to reissue another test report form with the correct passport number.
''
Please advice what should i do . Any input will highly be appreciated .
