Incorporation / Self Employment under Work history

I have worked for company ABC as a contractor through my own incorporation company XYZ.. I get paid through my company XYZ and T4 for the same.. my question is in work history section should in enter ABC or XYZ as Employer for that period of time and what should be location (I have been working from home only all the time and my incorporation company XYZ is also registered at my home address).. I need this information for my citizenship application.. thanks for advice.

Hi, I'm in the same situation, I wrote my corp name as employer, as the T4 is emitted by the corp.

write the info on your T4, that would be your home address.

Nope crickets since I've done my test in july. Just submmited a complaint today, seriously those guys are sleeping at work.
