Can anyone please let me know what is the fees for a charatered accountant to take care of a small incorporation in ontario.

It is a consulting incorporation with only very few transactions. thanks in advance.
 
Hi,

The question is quite vague for an answer because in common practice, accounting service firm here charge on the basis of corporation annual revenue. A service for Financial Statements Compilation varies from $200 to $1000 not including book keeping fees (usually charge per hour).

Once you incorporate what are the tax and paperwork required to maintain it? What if you do not have any business activities? Is it lot of paper required or something that can be done online?
 
generally, if income is less that a certain amount you don't need a GST number. However you are required to do annual filings (each province is different) some allow online, some don't. You would need to research specific province as to what is required under the corporate registry.
 
My first preference would be alberta. Anybody aware of the rules in Alberta? Fees and annual filing?

Hi , I was given the impression from the IC website, incorporating a business online would cost just 200 CAD....over and above the NUANS search of 40 odd dollars .....
