Incomplete University Assessment on Spouse Education.

Hello Everyone, i need some advise regarding my wife´s education. She has over 4 years of complete university education ( Architecture study's), and she is missing a couple of exams. Can she get an assessment on incomplete education ? Are there points awarded? Who can asses that, WES already answer us that they don´t assess on incomplete study's.

No one can, incomplete education is not assessed

Thank you very much for your answer! She was awarded an intermediate title. Does it apply for this --> Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute ? In that case, who can assess it ?
