Don't worry. Have the same experience. U will get your packet back between 2-3 months. Prepare all forms again wit updated dates and sign, especially background declaration form point NOs. 8 & 12. Better u will pay fees again, must use credit card advance payment online method. They will refund your previous fee within one month automatically.

What mistake you did?

My Mistake in Generic form(IMM0008) in below.
• In Dependent section (Child) which was selected Dependent Type A instead of Type 1(My Child age is 2 Year 7 Month).
• Used previous version (11-215) E of Generic form IMM0008.

I don't know for this mistake CIC will return my Application or not.

This is always better u wait for the packet back.
I think dependent A is correct.
I didn't know rules that time properly, so I wasted time after getting Nomination, still I had sufficient time to complete and send. I got nominated on 1 June, sent my packet on 18 June, which was delivered on 24 June. My IELTS was expired on 21 June. If my application delivered upto 21, then everything was OK. I re-send with updated IELTS and delivered on 3 Nov.

Hello,

My son is 3 years and 5 months and I chose Type A dependant. I do not think thats wrong though it seems one can use Type A and Type 1 interchangeably unless the child is between 19 and 21 years. Thats where d confusion is

As per CIC guideline correct is Type-1.Type -A was before Aug 2014.( I think its a very minor issue)

Another issue is i have Used Old version(11-215) G form.Latest Generic form is version is (08-2016).

Updated G form one change only in Passport which country ...

That's why i m getting confused ............

Hello Seniors,
You had already submitted your application and best luck for nomination.
I have question that what type of documents have you sendt them because I am also planning to apply SINP for next intake. Secondly, I am curious to that after nomination how can we send documents means it's collecting paper and send them or submitted via electronically.

Please suggest.
