What happens if hypothetically, an application is returned for being incomplete? Do we get the chance to use the same ITA as before to apply again? Do we have to wait for a fresh ITA? Is our profile cancelled entirely?

But our profile itself remains in the system?
What I mean is this- if I neither accept nor decline an ITA within 60 days, my profile is cancelled and I need to make a new one, my entire EE profile is invalid. If my submitted application is cancelled, on the other hand, does that also mean my profile is also cancelled, and I have to make a new one? Or is the current one still eligible for an ITA, presuming it meets the points threshold?
