Incomplete Application: Name Change Selection

Hi All,

I recently applied for Citizenship and out of the blue opened the soft-copy of the application I sent and to my surprise i saw that I didn't select the Checkbox for Name Change. I have filled everything correctly like new Last Name and first name and also filled the checklist mentioning additional documents attached for Name Change.

I know it is my mistake, but can someone guide about what I can do in this case? Will I have to wait till the my complete process is over and reapply for name change on the certificate?
