Hi I just want to know if on the total annual salary can I include my commissions or I just have to put the wage per hour?

The problem is that half of my salary is by comission so I don't know if that is going to be a problem for my application, because on the t4 is just the total amount that I did per hour.
I don't know what to do.

I'm not sure what a commission is. Whatevever it is, if it is included in box 14 on line 101 in T4 document, then it is your (taxable) income for sure. Otherwise it might be a non-taxable income in which case should appear on a T4-A document as far as I know.
