Income Verification After approval

Hi

I had applied in 2005-August. and got the approval in 2007-AUG i meet the income requirment.

Now the case have shifted to Islamabad. Can they ask me to show the income?

How they check the income ask the applicant? or directly contact the Revenu Canada

I applied for sponsorship application in July 2007 but I dont think it's being processed yet.
I know I meet the income level for 2007 - today but Will CIC request for updated income information? Or Am I supposed to send this to them automatically?

they have two options - to ask for the updated income proof from you or check it themselves through Revenue Canada.
but one thing that can be said for sure - they will require the updated income info.
