Income requirement in Hiring Live-in Caregiver

Hi everyone!

We really need a live-in caregiver to babysit our 20months old baby. My husband just got a job this August 2013. And i just went back to work this September 2013 after my maternity leave. I have other job offers but I cannot accept it because I have to look my baby. Since we just got a job, we don't have enough income to prove that we can hire a live-in caregiver.

My sister-in-law who has a good job and good income offered us if we can use her as a "Guarantor" so we can hire a live-in caregiver. Meaning, she will be responsible to give us support in hiring a live-in caregiver for our baby. Is this possible?

Please help!
