Including Spouse after BCPNP approval

Hi

I recently got my BCPNP approved and i have filed for PR in paper based system in which processing time is close to 14 months.
Now during this time i want to get married with someone who is outside canada.

How can this affect my application and what steps or changes do i need.

Is it possible to show marriage when file in process.
